LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email in one list You have the conversations. Nervus does the organizing.
Your LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email conversations become one list: who is waiting for your reply, what you promised and what you already know about each person.
14 days of Pro, no credit card.
You wrote “I'll send it tomorrow”. Tomorrow, the conversation comes back to your list.
Nervus keeps the exact words of every promise and brings the conversation back when the deadline arrives. You deliver, agree on a new deadline or mark it as done.
It works for what you promise on LinkedIn, on WhatsApp and by email.
Other moments when the conversation comes back
- 3 days without a reply
You asked, and the person did not reply.
When you send, you choose when to follow up. If no reply arrives, the conversation comes back with the follow-up ready for you to review.
- every 3 weeks
You wanted to keep in touch with Anna.
She shows up on your list on the right day. If you have already talked on any channel, the reminder does not appear.
- when the stage changes
The project knows where each person stands.
The suggested reply takes into account the goal of the project and the stage of each conversation. You write the goal once.
Today, your memory is what keeps your conversations together. With Nervus, it is a list.
| Today | With Nervus |
|---|---|
| Three apps open, each with its own inbox. | One list with everyone who is waiting for you. |
| The message marked as unread, to answer later. | Each item says why it is there. |
| The promise you keep in your head. | Each promise with its exact words and its deadline. |
| The person's history scattered across three conversations. | The person's profile alongside, with the source of each piece of information. |
As your conversations happen
The organizing happens on its own.
Organizing your life has always taken work: goals to fill in, lists to keep up, reviews to do. Nervus starts from a different idea. You already organize yourself when you have a conversation: you ask, agree, promise and reply. Nervus reads those conversations and builds the organization for you. You just decide.
Each person's profile fills itself in
Every piece of information shows where it came from and when. You do not fill in anything.
Every promise gets a deadline
What you promised and what people asked of you, with the exact words of whoever wrote them.
Every project knows where each conversation stands
Nervus proposes the stage along with the message that supports it. You confirm with one click.
From the first click to “Done for today”.
Connect your accounts
Gmail and Google Calendar in a few clicks. LinkedIn and WhatsApp on your computer, through the Chrome extension. One account is enough to start.
See who is waiting for you
What needs a reply from you comes in, with the reason for each item. Newsletters and notifications stay out, and you adjust what comes in.
Resolve with one key
Reply, snooze or dismiss. What you snooze comes back on the date you choose. When the list ends, the day ends.
R sends the reply you reviewed.
You are in control
Nothing goes out in your name without your click.
Nervus prepares the reply with the context of each person. You review it, change whatever you want and send it, one message at a time, from your own account.

What is Nervus?
Nervus is an app that brings your LinkedIn messages, your WhatsApp Web conversations and your email into one list: who is waiting for your reply, what you promised and what you already know about each person. The organizing happens from your conversations, with no manual data entry, and nothing is sent without your click.
Who is Nervus for?
For people who receive more messages than they can answer and who depend on long relationships: consultants, advisors, people who lead communities or mentoring programs, founders. If you receive few messages, you will see a short list.
Does Nervus send messages on its own?
No. Nervus prepares the reply when you ask for it. Every message goes out with a click from you, one at a time, from your own account.
What does Nervus keep from my conversations?
From your LinkedIn and WhatsApp conversations, Nervus keeps what appears on the person's profile: the one-line summary, the facts, the commitments and the short excerpt that supports each commitment. From LinkedIn, it also keeps your posts and the comments they receive. The full conversation stays in the original app. From emails, it keeps the details of each message and the short preview Gmail shows; the full text stays in Gmail.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
For LinkedIn and WhatsApp, yes: messages come in while Nervus is open in Chrome on your computer. Email and calendar always come in.
If my computer is off, does Nervus catch up on what arrived?
Yes. When you open Nervus on your computer again, with WhatsApp Web open, it fetches what arrived on LinkedIn and WhatsApp while it was off. If a lot came in, the list fills in gradually.
How is this different from the AI in Gmail, LinkedIn or WhatsApp?
Each one organizes only its own inbox. Nervus brings the three channels into one list, remembers what you promised in each one and shows what you know about each person, with the source of each piece of information.
Do I need to add my contacts?
No. Each person gets a profile from the conversations, with the last contact per channel, the facts and the commitments. If you want to bring in people who have not written yet, you can import from Google Contacts, Outlook, iCloud or a spreadsheet, and Nervus merges the duplicates. With the extension, the profile also fills in when you open the person's LinkedIn profile.
Does it work on Windows and Mac? In which languages?
Yes. Nervus works in the browser, and the extension for LinkedIn and WhatsApp runs in Chrome, on Windows and Mac. It is available in 16 languages, and the suggested reply comes out in the language of the conversation.
How much does it cost?
Every sign-up starts with 14 days of Pro, no card required. After that, Free stays free, and Pro costs $24 per month, or $19 per month on the annual plan. Ultra, for people who receive a lot and ask for many suggested replies, costs $59 per month, or $49 per month on the annual plan.
