Privacy Policy

Nervus is provided by Rethink Labs SEZC, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, with its registered office at Block 21B, Parcel 134, Signal House, off Fairbanks Road, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

It applies to the nervus.io website, to the Nervus app, to the Nervus browser extension and to the people whose data appears in the service.

• Account: email, name, photo if you sign in with Google, language and time zone.
• Access and security: date, time, IP address, browser and device, to protect your account and to alert you about new sign-ins.
• Use of the service: pages and actions in the product, to understand how it is used and to fix problems.
• What you create: notes, contacts, commitments and the replies you approve.
• Accounts you connect: what we describe in section 4.
• Payment: plan, subscription status and billing history. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, which handles billing. We do not receive or store card details.

You choose what to connect, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings.

• Gmail. We read your messages to build your inbox inside Nervus and to give context to suggestions. We keep synced messages while the account is connected. In your Gmail we only carry out the actions you ask for, such as sending a reply you approved. When you disconnect, we delete your credentials and the stored messages; you can also revoke access in your Google account.
• Google Calendar and Google Contacts. We read them only to show your events and for the contact imports you make.
• LinkedIn and WhatsApp Web. The Nervus extension reads your conversations in your own browser, using the sessions you already have open. It works only on those two websites and has no password or login of its own. We keep conversation details, a summary of each conversation and the facts and commitments that appear in them, as well as your LinkedIn posts and the comments they receive. We do not keep the full text of your private messages.
• Meeting recording in the app. If you use this feature, we record the meeting audio, transcribe it and generate notes. The audio is deleted afterwards, and the transcript and notes stay in your account. You are responsible for informing the participants.

We use artificial intelligence to write summaries, identify commitments, transcribe audio and suggest replies. Part of this happens automatically when a new message arrives, and the rest when you ask. We use messages you have sent yourself so that suggestions sound like you.

To do this, the necessary content is sent to our artificial intelligence providers, who may not use it to train models. We do not train models on your content and we do not record that content in our technical logs.

Artificial intelligence output may contain errors. Review it before using it.

Your conversations contain other people's data. About them we keep what is needed for the service to work: name, contact details, dates, a summary of the conversation and the facts and commitments that appear in it.

We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train models. No one on our team reads the content of your conversations, except when you ask for help and authorize it, or when the law requires it.

If you do not use Nervus and want to know what we keep about you, or want it deleted, write to support@nervus.io. We reply within 15 days.

To provide the service you signed up for, to keep your account secure, to charge for the subscription, to improve the product and to comply with the law. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests or compliance with a legal obligation, as the case may be.

With suppliers who work for us, such as cloud, artificial intelligence, payment, communication and usage measurement services, always limited to what is necessary. With authorities, when the law requires it. And in a possible reorganization or sale of the business, keeping this Policy in place until it is replaced by an equivalent one.

We do not sell personal data.

We and our suppliers process data in the United States and in other countries. We adopt the safeguards required by the applicable law for these transfers.

We use encrypted connections, store data in encrypted form, limit our team's access to what is necessary and offer two-step verification. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you and the authorities within the deadlines set by law if something happens.

For as long as your account exists, or for as long as the connected account stays connected. When you delete your account, we delete your data immediately. After that we keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, information about sharing and to object to processing, and you can withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to support@nervus.io. We reply within 15 days, and always within the deadline set by the law of your country. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Brazil, this is the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure how the product is used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not take part in ad networks.

Nervus is for people aged 18 and over. We do not offer the service to children or teenagers.

If we change something relevant, we will notify you by email or in the service before the change takes effect.

Nervus's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google data only for the Nervus features that you see and control. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never use it to train artificial intelligence models. No one on our team reads this data, except with your authorization or when the law requires it.

Nervus's use of information received through the Nervus browser extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
