Referral Program Terms

The Nervus.io Referral Program allows active Pro subscribers to invite others to join Nervus.io. Both the referrer and the referred user may receive benefits as described below. By participating, you agree to these terms.

To participate as a referrer, you must:

• Have an active Pro subscription (paid or trial period)
• Be in good standing with no prior violations of our Terms of Service

If your Pro subscription lapses, your referral code becomes temporarily inactive and will reactivate when you regain Pro status. Anyone can sign up as a referred user through a valid referral link.

When a referred user signs up and converts to a paid Pro subscription:

• Referred user on a monthly plan receives their 2nd month free (100% discount on the next billing cycle)
• Referred user on an annual plan receives a $19 discount on their payment
• Referrer receives 1 free month of Pro, automatically applied to their next billing cycle

For annual subscriptions, the referrer's reward is applied after a 14-day confirmation period following the referred user's payment.

• Maximum of 12 reward months per referrer per calendar year
• Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Rewards are automatically applied to your subscription — no manual redemption
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated

A referral and its associated rewards may be revoked if:

• The referred user cancels their subscription within 30 days of their first payment
• The referred user receives a refund (applicable to annual plans within the 14-day refund window)
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected (see Section 6)

Revoked referrals are final. If a referred user later resubscribes, the original referrer does not receive credit for that conversion.

The following activities are not permitted:

• Self-referral (referring yourself using a different account)
• Creating fake or temporary accounts to generate referral rewards
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to distribute referral links
• Misrepresenting the referral benefits or Nervus.io in any way
• Any form of spam or unsolicited bulk distribution of referral links

We monitor referral activity for suspicious patterns. Violations may result in revocation of all rewards, suspension of your referral code, or termination of your account at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform. Rewards earned before any modification will be honored.

These Referral Program Terms are supplemental to the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
